Design & Build
we take the plans interpret them to come us with renders that give a realistic feel of the house. We also provide elevations for cutting lists or measurement purposes .We then provide the working drawing(Plumbing &electricals)needed and make sure that they are done as per required . We also supervise all the installations to be done and initiate a site handover

Project Management
ensure all the 5 stages of project management are followed .Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control and finally closure of the project

Logistics
Basic sourcing for suppliers, Liaising with the shippers on shipments inspections, documentations needed ,the size of container load that will be needed, ETS and ETA. Tracking of the shipments ,sourcing for shippers with favorable prices
